September Yoga Month

Even though September is far away, you can use this program at your own pace to get back into yoga again or as a daly routine for a month. (or longer!)

This program will help you become healthier, happier, fitter and stronger. Try and repeat the classes once, so you practice 6 days a week. Either way you get to experience the health benefits yoga gives you in one month!

Each week has a different theme.

Week 1: Standing poses
Standing postures promote strength and stability on the mat, but also off the mat in your daily life.

Week 2: Twists
Twists help restore the spine natural range of motion, stimulates circulation and digestion. Be ready to digest and cleanse on various levels of your being.

Week 3: Hips and Hamstrings
Keep the lower back healthy and work on the storehouse of your emotions, the hips. Be ready to feel lighter and experience a quiet mind during this week.

Week 4: Heart opening postures
Open your heart and feel the connection with yourself and others. Real love and compassion includes everybody and everything in existence.

This program is suitable for all levels. Not for the complete beginner though.

Enjoy the proces of getting healthier! And remember to take everyting at your own pace, if parts of the classes are too intense for you, rest in child poses and come back to the class when you feel up to it!
