Thai Massage as a way to heal and connect

Thai Massage is a powerful healing practice that can be equally as potent for the giver & receiver. The guided sequences of this program are accessible to everyone regardless of experience with massage. They can be an excellent support for Yoga Teachers to practice hands on touch, for partners and friends to touch each other in a loving way and to bring more compassion to the world.

Your Classes

This program includes:

2 Fully guided Supine (face up) sequences for the legs.
1 Fully guided Prone (face down) sequence for the back.

Make yourselve comfortable on a few blankets and maybe some pillows. Make sure it is hot enough and enjoy the treat!

In this program you will find three guided sequices by David Lurey. Each sequence is about one hour and no experience is needed.

‘Healing Touch’ is a generic term for making contact with someone that supports them in releasing tension, feeling better and finding relief from the challenges of life. Thai Massage is one form of healing touch that feels like a sacred dance between the giver and receiver and works on many levels for facilitating the flow of energy.
