Hip opening flow around the Pigeon Pose
With Andrew Wrenn
You're hips and lower back will thank you after this short flow! First we take the time to warm up and open the hips gently, then we move into the Pigeon Pose / Kapotasana and its variations with a twist and a forward bend. Top it off with Mermaid Pose.

Really enjoyed that. It's nice to focus on a single pose from time to time!

Added to favourites :-) It's nice to have some short classes like this to do alone or to add to others. Thank you, Andrew.

I had to stop in the middle. My heels cannot touch the mat during downward dog and I can't make a lot of contact with the mat coming down into Pigeon. Bit too much too soon I guess :(
