From there, we explore reverse and foot hand crawl positions and build on. This kind of work looks basic, but when the '2-minute challenge' comes, observe how tough it can get! We then try getting up and down without using the hands, which calls on the legs and core stablity ... and finally, we finish with a little reverse crawling.
