In this class no props are required but you may like to have a blanket for sitting and 2 blocks. The "core" consists of a few layers of muscles. In this class you will explore the deeper layers of your abdominal core, like the transverse abdominals and the obliques. By learning to 'awaken' and activate these muscles, your posture might be improved as these deeper layers affect not only movement but also structural support. You will work from the more gross way of activating these muscles to the more subtle. The class is a mix of movement and technique.  With cat stretches, Tadasana backbend, Phalankasana, Anjaneyasana, Dolphin plank and more.
