Rooting and rising - breath as the internal guide

A sweet practice, using your breath to move internally while the body moves in many directions externally. After a little breathing to get started, we move into a Vinyasa wave to move the hips and spine in many directions. We also include some balance poses for mental focus and hip opening to de-stress. We end with a short savasana to feel grounded yet open. A fun short practice for you!
