Do you want to do yoga with your baby? Then this session is great for your (at least) 4-month-old baby and yourself. As a warm-up your baby will experience different poses in a playful manner, which enhances the digestion, blood circulation, strengthens the hip muscles and opens the hips and chest. Then your baby will practice balance, crawling and pushing up. For you, there are poses that strengthen your abdominal and back muscles, poses that open up your chest and twist the spine. But most of all, this session is a great way for you and your baby to spend time together and connect with each other, sharing joy and love. This sequence is inspired by Helen Purperhart, who writes great books on yoga with kids. Props: a thick blanket for your baby. For you: a blanket, pillow, bolster, blocks.
