Flow to energise and relax

We start with Fire breath to get the energy moving and to initiate some internal burning of tension and stagnant energy. Next we flow using the core, arm strength and twists to keep the fire going. We finish the flow with Wild Thing for those who want to, cooling down with a twist, a shoulder stretch and a lovely meditation. A lovely, all-round class.
