Pranayama + Yoga + Meditation: hips, spinal strength and core

We begin with some Kapalabhati breathing to heat the body. Then we move into into the strongish asana part of the class, which includes a Crescent pose sequence, Pigeon, Core planks and a Handstand to raise the energy. This work will enable you to be able to sit more easily with attention afterwards. The meditation focuses on just you, your concentration and the breath. You will find when you learn to focus the mind, you will be less swayed by life's circumstances and will feel steadier in yourself.
