Balls and sockets - shoulders and hips

‘Range of movement’ has different effects on our lives. The ball and socket joints of the hips and shoulders give us ‘range of motion’, but they also have potential bad habits too! This class focuses on these ball and socket joints using common poses done with intention. In the shoulders, we aim to build strength and stability as every day they are ‘hanging’ to the ground and pulled down by the weight of the world. In the hips, we focus on mobility as the weight of the upper body compresses them and stress keeps them tight.   *Props* Belt and Block
