Embodiment flow

Learn to be present for everything you feel, be it hard work, energy expansion, turning up and turning towards. After the warm-up we do a few rounds of the Breath of Joy, then into some upper body strength work, core strength and leg work, with some moments of rest and softness in between. You'll feel the work but will come out feeling balanced.
