Energy freeing lunch time yoga

A lovely yoga class geared towards freeing the energy and stretching the fascia lines - front, back, side, spiral and functional lines. Once the body is free and open we practice some standing poses to introduce strength and stability and to enjoy the freedom created in your body. With gentle forward bends, backbends, side bends, lunge twists, Reversed Warrior, Extended Side Angle pose, Triangle pose and Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide Legged Forward Fold).
