In this class, you will practice to feel yourself and your stress, tension or anxiety. You will cultivate awareness of how you are feeling, instead of trying to fix the problem. Coming back to base, your body and your breath while staying connected to whatever is happening in your body. This will allow you to take your life onto your mat and hopefully take your yoga into your life.
