The second of the ‘Work Out Work In’ yoga sessions. We start with rolling the joints to warm up the body, leading into some Sun Salutation variations with push ups and leg work as extra bonuses. Then through a variety of core exercises we build up to an ‘Animal Series’ where we go off the mat with some non-yoga strengtheners that get the blood and muscles pumping. At the end, a little stretchy dessert to let the tired muscles relax. *You will need about 3-4 meters of open space for this class!
