Sun Salutations - core, arm strength, hips and backbends

A mix of classical and variations of Surya Namaskar. We warm up the spine, shoulders, hips and hamstrings first and then we get into a continuous flow of energizing Sun Salutations. Half Sun Salutations, Classical A+B, Lunges followed by a few different variations that will focus on your core, arm strength, hips and back. Props needed: something to slide on (e.g. a folded blanket for underneath the feet if on a wooden floor, or a couple of paper plates if on a carpet).
