Movements to create a spacious body and mind

We start lying on the back, giving ourselves space to observe how we feel, what it is like to be us right now. On the back we warm up the spine, hips and legs and then we flow onto all fours and move, incorporating our core. From all fours we find our way to some lunges and standing postures and then down to the floor again for some seated hip openers and a Wheel pose. A bit of everything to give space, feel good and come back to ourselves.
