Although not a traditional yoga class, when done with full presence and controlled movements, this practice will positively imbue your regular asana class with strength and grace. You’ll find rolling up to lunges, pushups and core work, a few animal crawls and creative ways of getting up and down. This practice is challenging and during the plank section with blocks, it's advisable to stay on your knees until you are completely stable. Be ready to sweat and do this class one or two times a week for a while and see how your strength and movement improves! Two blocks needed.
