You will need to keep two blocks handy, some blankets or bolster. This class targets tightness in the leg muscles runners and people who work out often experience. The quadriceps are the largest leg muscles and when they become tight, they inhibit free movement in the hips and affect back health. This sequence will take you through the preparatory poses to Virasana, or Hero pose. With Ardha Bhekasana, lunges, Uttanasana, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana
