Doing yoga while rocking your baby

Does your baby suffer from cramps? Do you want to avoid a painful lower back, tense shoulders, upper back and sore arms from carrying your baby? Then this class is for you. Both mums and dads can do this session with their (at least three months old) baby. You will also benefit from this session, as it strengthens and tones your legs and back and stretches and opens up your shoulders, chest and upper back. You’ll also learn various baby-holding possibilities and baby yoga poses. As all of this is done with your baby, this quality time together will be fun and functional at the same. Props for your baby: soft and thick blanket. Props for you: mat, belt, blocks, bolster, blanket.
