The focus in this class lies in moving with softness and fluidity so Prana has access to move freely through the whole system. We use a restorative pose in the beginning and then soft backbends to practice this, partly because it's easy to harden in a backbend and thus nice to learn how to do it with softness and because it is easy to feel the effect of more prana in the system after backbends. We finish with lower Dan Tien breathing to balance it all out! Some of the poses practiced are locust pose variation, upward facing dog pose, bow pose, handstand, full wheel pose, and more..
