Chill rebalance

You will need a long foam roller for this class. Great to do before and/or after a yoga class. Using the foam roller, you will be able to feel your body's internal righting system at work! Simply balancing the body on the roller and relaxing will awaken your internal "autopilot". You will experience just how your balance is and how your body responds to bring you to centre, without your conscious interference or help.
