Your daily dose of yoga

If you need a daily yoga practice, this class covers the basics. This session will wake you up, stretch you out and get you ready for anything! A minimal approach means it’s not quantity that matters - but quality. You might like to have a couple of blocks, a blanket and a bolster to hand.
