This yoga practice is designed to work on the flexibility of your shoulders, neck and upper back. You can expect to take the shoulders through the basic shoulder movements like extension, flexion, abduction, adduction, internal rotation, external rotation. This practice will leave you feeling open and loose in the upper body, which in turn will energise your body and mind. This is of course balanced with some hip work to ground you as well. Enjoy the upper body love you give yourself during this class. With Eagle (Garudasana) arms, Cow Face (Gomukhasana) arms and more. Props needed: a block or blanket to sit on and a belt.
