In this class you will focus on feeling your body's internal righting system. Even without being aware of it, your body is constantly searching and finding its balance.  Within each class, you can feel the shift in your body. All you have to do is be aware and step out of the way. Practice with hamstring openers, back strengtheners, chest expanders and a balancing pose to experience the effect of the poses on your internal GPS. This class has Parsvakonasana, Salabhasana variation, Purvottanasana, Navasana, Halasana, Vrksasana and Paschimottanasana
