Yoga for your work break - standing postures and balances

A short standing sequence where you don’t even need a yoga mat. Breath awareness, circulation and focus are improved, attention level is increased and you can go back to your tasks feeling relaxed and refreshed. We practice some standing balances for focus, shoulder and neck releases, hip openers and legs strengtheners.
