Increase your awareness of gravity

A general yoga class with our awareness on consciously releasing our body weight into the earth. This way we get to appreciate what awareness of gravity can do for us while practicing yoga. It is connected with feeling secure, safe enough to let go and be present. You can expect a gentle warm up, Sun Salutations A+B +variations, Standing poses and Balancing poses and some seated twists.
