Yin/Yang: strong and sweet

My personal favourite way of practicing, following the intuition of the body. It鈥檚 a well-rounded practice with breath awareness to establish a connection between the heart and the abdominal centre. We practice Surya Namaskar 1, standing postures and a short Yin yoga sequence to stimulate the kidney energy and to move the spine into different directions. A quiet practice to calm and ground yourself. Finishing with a quiet relaxation.
