Old skool Power Yoga

Get ready for a quick blast of Power Yoga... extra pushup Chaturangas, short holds of the poses, movement and strength to sweat, break through sluggishness and leave you either refreshed and ready to carry on - or ready to hit pause and take an extra long Savasana!  We start with sun salutation variations and then standing poses for the hips and back... a few arm balances and strengtheners for good measure, all bringing you to deeper connection to your TRUE POWER... Self Realisation :)
