Repetition is key, revisiting the basics

This class is designed as a follow up to the 6 weeks Iyengar program. You will revisit standing poses, forward bends, backbends and inversions practiced previously but with even more attention on the correct alignment of the physical body as a way to spread awareness and move into deeper layers of the practice. Since you've already done these poses before, try this time to feel more... In the longer holds of the pose come back to your breath and allow your intelligence to spread evenly throughout your whole body, so that body, breath and mind move more to a one-pointed focus of your awareness.
