Yoga for your work break - before or after a meeting

For this 15 minute practice you don’t even need to get changed into your yoga clothes! You only need a chair with no wheels. I offer some spinal and shoulder releases that will help you feel more focused, open and calm before and/or after your demanding meeting or task. Includes a gentle twist and side-ribs release to give yourself the space to breathe.
