Mindful flow - Burn off restlessness

A mindfully-paced flow which gives you a chance to meet whatever needs to be felt, and come out on the other side of it enjoying meeting the present moment. The class starts on the back with some unwinding and opening the body, which moves into some abdominal work. Through lunges we flow into some standing poses like Wide Legged Standing Forward Bend with a twist, Warrior 3 preparation and Pyramid pose (Parsvottonasana). We round off the class by cooling down on the floor and end with a nice relaxation.
