To be or not to be! That is the way to start the day

A wonderfully diverse yoga sequence for waking up in the morning that begins lying your back with some basic stretches and setting a clear distinction between your TO 'DO' LIST and TO 'BE' LIST. The sequence includes some sun salute variations to awaken major muscle groups and some standing poses to get steady for the day. Throughout the class you are doing you are invited to set your clear intentions for ways of BEing so that you have an underlying energy of your own intentions to carry you through the day.
