So Ham mantra on the breath

Everything is in motion, there is a natural flow in nature. It is the play of prana and apana. The rhythm of the breath has a natural flow and sound that sounds like 'So' on the in-breath, and 'Ham' on the out-breath. When we focus on the mental sound of So Ham and internalise this mantra the mind will become more stable and quiet. From So Ham we move into meditation as we observe deeper awareness.
