Foam roller fascia release

For this class, you will need a foam roller. Take this class after your energising yoga class, especially one that works your leg muscles. Also, you can take this after your run or other leg-workout. Fascia gets tight and can get very painful when it is not maintained and in good shape. In this short class, you will experience how open and "juicy" the connective tissue in your legs is. Using simple exercises and both movement and holds, you can efficiently and effectively target "stiff" fascia and the painful points called "triggerpoints" in your legs. 

Sandra is using a special "black roll" for this, but any foam roller would work.
