Open the windows to your day

We begin by opening the shoulders, manoeuvring the spine through flexion, extension, side bends and twists, creating some space in all sides of the hips and hamstrings. We then move on to some standing poses which will feel so much more delicious due to the preparatory movements at the start of the class. Begin your day as you mean to go on - with friendliness, gentleness and openness!
