SOS for digestive distress!!

A great Hatha yoga class with a bit of everything. Lying poses, seated poses, lunges, some standing poses with a twist like Utthita Trikonansana and Parvrriti Trikonasana, working to Garland pose / Malasana with Kapalabhati breath to help things moving in your body. Includes some backbends to create some energy too. Great when you feel a bit sluggish after eating too much or having one glass of wine too many...
