Strong and supple legs class

Through a series of exercises and movement, you will warm up your legs and create more supple and fluid movement in your hips and legs. You will engage all of your leg muscles in the build up of some basic standing poses and balancing poses to prepare your legs for longer-held poses with the intention of "stretching" specific fascia, or connective tissue lines in your body. This will help you to create strong and supple legs that can carry you anywhere!  With intuitive movement, Prasarita Padottanasana, Virabhadrasana III, Garudasana, Virasana and more. This class can be taken as a separate class or together with the class on fascia release (this class will be on the site in 2 weeks’ time)
