A morning stretch and energiser

We begin by balancing and relaxing with the Square breath. Next, some fluid movements to warm up the shoulders, upper body and side body. We practice some lunges, half splits, and a variety of Plank and Side Planks to prepare the body and mind for some longer-held poses like Warrior II and Bridge pose to find stillness in the practice. Last but not least, a relaxation with some insights...
