This morning flow starts with a warm up on all-fours, then we instill some rhythm with Sun Salutations and variations with Side planks. We work on some standing poses like Warrior II, Side Angle pose and more. A great Monkey twist to open the quads and then a few backbends to stimulate the energy. Finally we cool down with a twist. Stimulating and grounding all at once!
