Upward facing dog special class

Learn modifications and necessary actions to improve your Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (upward facing dog pose). You will need a chair and two blocks. We will practice Virabhadrasana I using the chair to stretch the hip flexors and to learn to rotate the back leg in without having to hold the full pose but still working on the necessary actions. Afterwards we'll make our way to the floor to practice the full pose.
