Chair/bed yoga

Yoga is available to anyone. This practice is suitable for seniors, people with mobility issues or it can even be practiced from a hospital bed, in your office or on a plane! Allow yourself to be soothed, nurtured and relaxed with gentle breath-coordinated movement or your body whilst sitting in a chair or even lying in bed.
