This yoga class works to improve the flexibility in the back, groin, hips, hamstrings and shoulders. We work with repetition, a great way to open muscles and fascia. We also introduce a technique called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) to help create some resistance to the stretch so you can lengthen the muscles more when you let go. A calming, grounding class with some Twists, Forward bends and Hip openers. I hope you enjoy it.
