Delicious Yin for the lower body and mind

You will be invited to deeply rest your awareness in your body during this Yin yoga class as we work the targeted areas of the outer hips, IT band and the whole spine. We do this mainly by stretching the side body and through some twists. You will also practice labelling, a fundamental tool of mindfulness - so the mind relaxes as well as the body. Enjoy, lovely people!
