Deeply release and open the lower body

Letting go has to do with trust and feeling safe. Trust in yourself and thus life. When we are connected to the moment, we see that we are safe, when we see we are safe we can begin to let go, release and open. A Hatha yoga class that works on the lower body: hips, hamstrings, thighs, calves, glutes, tensor fascia latae, IT band etc. Enjoy targeting all those areas and feeling the deep release that comes from mindfully working your edges.
