Happy hamstrings and thankful thighs!

We begin with some seated / floor poses to gently stretch the quadriceps and hamstrings before moving onto a lovely flow which opens and stretches the inner thighs and front and backs of the legs, and a standing pose to work on leg strength. We work mindfully with a deep connection to the breath which helps to ease into these often tight and overworked areas. Your legs will be alive with energy after this class! Props needed: one or two blocks and a belt (optional)
