A continuous flow with lots of transitions between standing postures. We will create heat with a dynamic pace and with standing balances. Includes preparation for Sirsasana (Head stand) and the full posture (feel free to use the wall!) Balancing the nature of Vinyasa flow with some Yin yoga to ground and to balance yourself.
