Short and powerful: The magic ten

These 10 poses can be done by themselves as a short morning asana practice, or as a nice preparation for your meditation practice. They can also form a good warm up before another asana class. When you know the 10 poses, you do them at your own pace (a faster pace perhaps) in about 10-15 minutes. Very grounding and opening and a great way to start to the day! Props needed: a wall.
