A few extra shoulder openers are presented this week, along with Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog). Don't worry if you cannot hold it for too long or if you don't think it's perfect, there will be classes focusing solely on this pose. For now just attempt to imitate the shape with your own body and hold it for a few seconds. You will need two blocks, one belt and three blankets.
