Twist your Triangle

Keep a block handy at the top of your mat for this short sequence that prepares your legs and spine for Parivrtta Trikonasana, or Twisted Triangle pose. Warming up the leg muscles as well as opening the inner thighs and hamstring muscles are the base for this standing twisting pose. In this short sequence you will also prepare your spine for the deeper twisting in the peak pose. With Urdhva Hastasana, Parivrtta Anjeyasana, Parsvottanasana, Salabhasana shoulderstretch.
