Hips and Heart Flow

We open the hips to ground and because when we release tension from that area it creates so much space in our lives. To balance the grounding with lightness we work on the upper back/heart area. With a gentle warm up targeting upper body and hips into a flow with standing poses including Half Moon /Ardha Chandrasana pose. Enjoy the sweetness of the practice!!
